7.1 Service Providers

7.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of jlhp's business or assets, player personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the data protection obligations set out in this Policy. Players will be notified of any such transfer in advance.
No cross-border transfers: jlhp processes and stores all Philippine player data within data centers located in jurisdictions that provide equivalent data protection to the Philippines. We do not transfer your personal data to countries without adequate legal data protection frameworks without appropriate safeguards in place.
8. Data Retention
jlhp retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations:
- Active account data โ retained for the duration of your account's active status plus 5 years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements
- KYC documents โ retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of submission, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act
- Financial transaction records โ retained for 5 years from the date of the transaction, as required by the AMLA and BIR regulations

- Right to lodge a complaint โ the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe jlhp has violated your data privacy rights

11. Children's Privacy
jlhp services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and older, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online casino gaming in the Philippines. jlhp does not knowingly collect or process personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
If jlhp becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all data will be deleted from active systems, and the matter will be escalated in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gambling protocols. This Privacy Policy was last reviewed in June 2026. All prior versions of this Policy are superseded by this document. The governing language of this Policy is English; in the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
