1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlhp ("jlhp," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlhp online casino platform available at jlhp.asia, including all games, promotions, financial services, and customer support channels provided therein.
jlhp operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Registration and use of jlhp is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines. jlhp actively enforces this requirement through age verification at the withdrawal stage and through ongoing account monitoring.

2.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one (1) active jlhp account. Registering multiple accounts โ whether using the same or different identity information โ constitutes a breach of these Terms. jlhp reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated bonuses or balances.
2.4 Account Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. jlhp accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.
2.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlhp login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jlhp support immediately via live chat.
3. Account Verification (KYC)
In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, jlhp requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity or at jlhp's discretion.
Acceptable verification documents include any valid Philippine government-issued identification: UMID, passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or SSS/GSIS ID. jlhp may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered GCash account).
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. jlhp reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests until satisfactory verification documents have been submitted and approved.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
jlhp accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ). The minimum deposit is โฑ100. jlhp does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your jlhp wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider. In the event of a deposit delay, players should contact jlhp support with proof of transaction before initiating a dispute with their payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5โ30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1โ3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
jlhp reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawal requests pending KYC verification, responsible gaming review, or fraud investigation. Any withdrawal request that cannot be processed due to an incomplete or rejected verification will be held for up to 30 days, after which the funds will be returned to the player's jlhp wallet balance.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
jlhp complies with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. jlhp reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the account holder.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Rules
All bonuses and promotions offered by jlhp โ including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rebates โ are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the jlhp Promotions page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount received. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements; live dealer games and sports betting typically contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
jlhp strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts, placing hedged or low-risk bets for the sole purpose of meeting wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and withdrawing bonus funds prior to meeting stated conditions. jlhp reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.
jlhp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
6. Gameplay & Fair Use
All games available on jlhp use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by jlhp staff or players. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a game malfunction, incomplete round, or technical error during gameplay, jlhp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. No claims for winnings arising from a documented game malfunction will be honored.
For live dealer games, the decisions of the live dealer and jlhp's game management system are final. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted in writing to jlhp support within 48 hours of the disputed event, with accompanying session details.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlhp and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to access or interact with jlhp services
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus systems
- Using jlhp for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity under Philippine law
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or circumvent any security or fairness mechanism of the jlhp platform
- Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person without explicit, documented authorization
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlhp support staff or other players on any channel
8. Responsible Gaming
jlhp is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide free, immediately effective responsible gaming tools accessible from the Account Settings menu after jlhp login, including:
- Deposit limits โ set daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount you can deposit
- Loss limits โ cap the maximum net loss permitted over a defined period

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express prior written consent from jlhp.
Game content provided by third-party providers (including JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is made available to players under the terms of jlhp's licensing agreements.
10. Limitation of Liability
jlhp provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlhp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
jlhp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of jlhp services, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures beyond jlhp's control, interruption of internet or mobile data services, or actions of third-party payment providers.
jlhp's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of jlhp services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
jlhp collects and processes personal data in accordance with the jlhp Privacy Policy and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering a jlhp account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jlhp will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required for the provision of our services (e.g., payment processing, KYC verification) or as required by PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other competent Philippine government authorities.
12. Amendments to These Terms
jlhp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date, unless the amendment is required by law or regulatory directive, in which case it may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of jlhp services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using jlhp services and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jlhp services shall first be submitted to jlhp's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the competent regulatory authority. For disputes not falling within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
